Tummy Time

 

We learned a lot about Ellie in the hospital, and I have loved getting to know her even more now that she is home.  One thing is for sure: Ellie loves being on her tummy.  Since she was on monitors at the hospital, they let her sleep on her tummy a lot.  Now that she is home, we have tummy time during the day.  She loves staring at her books that I prop up.  We usually will read a few and she will alertly stare at each page as I turn them.  She is doing so great practicing pushing up on her arms.  She can already turn her head from side to side.
